Locations
Vienna, Austria
Vienna is the birthplace and main centre of operations for VeloConcerts. It’s where the idea was first developed, tested and refined, combining music, bicycles and public space into a single, mobile stage. From here, the core team designs, builds and evolves the VeloStage concept while supporting international franchises. Rooted in Vienna’s rich musical history and strong cycling culture, this is where everything starts, and from where it continues to grow.
Las palmas, Gran canaria
La Musicleta has been bringing culture to life across Lanzarote and its neighbouring islands, most notably with La Musicleta Connects Lanzarote, a roaming project that fused music, circus, storytelling and humour in open-air venues around La Graciosa, Haría and Guatiza, all free and open to everyone. It’s a wonderfully grassroots, sustainable cultural experience that matches the vibe of island life and gets people gathering in unexpected spaces.
Lisbon, POrtugal
VeloConcerts Portugal is rooted in the Lisbon area, where outdoor culture, music and social life naturally spill into public space. The franchise brings the VeloStage into parks, plazas and neighbourhood events, creating intimate, low-impact performances that feel spontaneous and welcoming. It’s a location shaped by sunshine, slow evenings and community-focused gatherings, a perfect fit for unplugged concerts that invite people to stop, listen and linger.
VeloConcerts London has been an active testing ground for the VeloStage in busy, high-profile urban settings. The stage has appeared at events like the London Marathon, London Cycling Festival, bringing live jazz into the heart of the City, as well as at sustainability and innovation gatherings such as GEI – the Green Events & Innovations Conference. From community bike rides to civic spaces, London shows how music can gently interrupt the city, creating moments of calm, curiosity and connection.
London, U.K.
Based in Düsseldorf, the German VeloConcerts franchise sits at the intersection of cycling culture, urban life and forward-thinking sustainability. With the city’s strong connection to bikes, public space and design, the VeloStage naturally complements festivals, civic events and cultural initiatives that value low-emission solutions. Here, VeloConcerts feels less like a stage arriving and more like culture quietly rolling into the everyday rhythm of the city.
