25 November – Take Back the Streets

25 November, 17:00 – Handelskai U+S, Vienna

On 25 November, communities and organisations across Vienna will come together for the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. At 17:00, the Take Back the Streets Alliance Vienna will host a public gathering and march at Handelskai U+S to stand in solidarity with all those affected by gender-based violence.

Through speeches, collective moments and shared presence, the event aims to raise awareness, honour victims and survivors and give visibility to a topic that affects communities worldwide. We will be unfolding culture on-site with the VeloStage in support of this important gathering.
